Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s web platform.
- Architect scalable and robust solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment (CI/CD).
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy.
- Optimize web application performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Principal Engineer or Senior Engineer with a focus on web platforms.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
