Build Team have a unique and differentiated service offering in the London residential market: the ability to combine high quality architectural design with in-house build management and project delivery. As more clients seek out the benefits of our one-stop-shop approach, the objective of this newly created role is to follow-up with customer enquiries and respond to requests for further information relating to all aspects of our service offering.
Build Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Build Manager to join our growing team based in Clapham. You will be responsible for the delivery of construction projects from start to finish, working closely with our contracting teams, engineers, Building Control and our in-house Design Team.
We are currently looking for a bright and committed experienced Part 2 qualified Architectural Designer to join our expanding team in Clapham. You must have at minimum 1 year of relevant office experience to apply for this role and be confident in using AutoCAD.
