Responsibilities
- Use your improvement tool box to measure, analyse, improve and control processes
- Create and optimise methods of manufacture in both existing and NPI processes
- Translate complex engineering drawings and information into clear and actionable work methods and training packs
Qualifications
- Have a deep understanding of a range of CI tools and techniques within a production process, PPAP, FMEA, RCA, 8D, SPC, time and motion studies
- Have demonstrable experience of improving processes within a mechanical manufacturing and assembly environment, improvements that demonstrate reduction in build times and improvement to On time delivery
- Hold relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, manufacturing systems engineering, business improvement, six sigma or equivalents to these
