Donor Acquisition & Growth Manager, Individual Giving

Blind Ambition is looking for an Individual Giving Manager to focus on acquisition and drive new supporter recruitment across various channels. This role involves maximizing long-term value through innovative multichannel campaigns while supporting cash appeals and newsletters.

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm for fundraising and may have UK charity experience in individual giving or community fundraising. The position is hybrid, requiring 4 days per month in either the Gateshead or London office.
