Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI-driven customer support and sales solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor AI Agent Fin deployments.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing customer relationship management (CRM) and help desk systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales and post-sales cycles.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI integrations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
