The Trainee Project Co-ordinator will support the Project Managerin planning, executing, andfinalisingprojects.Thisinvolves coordinating with various stakeholders, managingresourcesand ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities shall include the following:
- Co-ordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise.
- Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all relevant parties.
- Co-ordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Preparation and distribution of project reports, meeting minutes and other relevant documentation asrequired.
- Scheduling and tracking project tasks and milestones.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation andassistingin the procurement of project-related materials and services.
- Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant company and client requirements, health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conducting quality assurance checks and ensuring project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Updating andmaintainingcomprehensive project documentation,plansand reports.
- Assistingin budget management and track project expenditures.
- Organising andparticipatingin project meetings and follow up on actions and decisions.
- Providingadditionalsupport to the Projectsteamas necessary.
