Transport Distribution Administrator – Maternity Cover (up to 1 year)

Hours

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7:00am–5:30pm

The role of Transport Distribution Administrator:

• Arranging and booking delivery slots with retail partners
• Booking vehicle couriers
• Supporting all supply chain procedures
• Coordinating deliveries, managing shipping documentation, and data entry
• Raising investigations for missed deliveries
• Creating inbound orders on D365 and WMS systems
• Updating and communicating with drivers, couriers, warehouse teams, and management
• Supporting warehouse operations including picking and packing during quieter periods

The ideal Transport Distribution Administrator:

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word
• Understanding of courier and freight processes
• Accurate and organised with strong record-keeping skills
