  • Salary: £30-35,000 – open to discussions based on experience
  • Location: Belfast
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time
  • Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard operational hours, hybrid working arrangements (2 days from home)

Join our clients team as an IT Helpdesk Technician, supporting around 600 users in a fast-paced environment. You’ll handle day-to-day issues across hardware, software, and networks, while also getting involved in IT projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements, offering a great opportunity to develop and grow your skills.

Essential:

  • Experience in IT support/helpdesk or desktop support
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, networks, and hardware support
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Relevant IT qualification or 3-5 years’ experience

Desirable:

  • Certifications like CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+)
  • Certified training qualification in Office
  • Proven experience in training others
