What You’ll Be DoingIn this varied and rewarding role, you will:*Manage and coordinate the flow of information across the business and to our valued customer base*Build and maintain strong working relationships with our retail partners*Provide essential administrative and operational support to a busy Sales Team*Help streamline processes to ensure the team operates at its very best*Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels*Manage your own workload efficiently to meet deadlines and business priorities
What We’re Looking For*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications*Accurate and confident keyboard and data entry skills*A self-motivated, proactive approach to your work*A genuine team player mentality with a positive attitude*The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff at all levels
Previous experience in a sales support, administrative or customer facing role (desirable but not essential)
