Due to continued growth and increased demand for their services, theyre now looking for a talented 2nd Line Engineer to join their expanding technical team.

Youll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies across multiple client environments, working with modern cloud platforms, networking technologies, and enterprise Microsoft systems on a daily basis.

Required Skills:
- Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
- Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Experience supporting cloud and infrastructure environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
- Passion for modern cloud technologies and infrastructure
- MSP experience is highly desirable
