Role: Digital Transformation Sales ConsultantLocation: Hybrid / UKType: Full-timeSalary: £45,000 – £50,000 plus double OTE

The Opportunity

An established technology solutions provider is looking for a driven Digital Transformation Sales Consultant to help organisations modernise their operations through innovative technology solutions.This is a consultative sales role focused on identifying business challenges, building trusted relationships, and delivering solutions that create measurable operational and commercial improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities across SME, mid-market and enterprise organisations.* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.* Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives, challenges and digital maturity.* Present tailored solutions across areas including automation, cloud services, AI, analytics and business applications.* Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.* Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop solution proposals.* Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Essential* Proven success in B2B technology, SaaS, consultancy or digital transformation sales.* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business processes.* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.* Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership teams.* Consultative sales approach with strong problem-solving skills.* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Desirable

* Experience selling automation, cloud, AI, ERP, CRM or data solutions.* Understanding of professional services environments.* Experience supporting organisations through digital change initiatives.
