We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living services across Birmingham and Coventry.
You’ll drive service quality, inspire your team, maintain CQC compliance, and make a real difference to adults with mental health needs, forensic backgrounds, and complex support needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Maintain CQC compliance and service quality.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and governance.
- Build strong relationships with Local Authorities, Commissioners, and NHS partners.
- Drive service improvement and growth.
About You
✔ 2+ years’ management experience in Supported Living or Complex Care.
✔ Strong knowledge of CQC, MCA, DoLS, safeguarding, and risk management.
✔ Level 5 Leadership qualification (or working towards).
✔ Full UK driving licence.
