Senior Software Engineer – AI

Salary: £140,000 – 150,000 per year

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of commercial experience shipping production systems at scale
• Experience leading or owning a significant component, pod, or feature line with responsibility for delivery
• Experience in two or more of the following: startup environments, consulting or client-focused work, AI/ML systems delivery, financial services domain
• Senior-level mindset with the ability to move quickly, wear multiple hats, and make strong technical decisions
• A strong production focus with experience building real systems that are reliable and impactful
• Nice to have: Python, FastAPI, React, agentic workflows, RAG, and document intelligence experience

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms
• Lead significant components from architecture through shipping, monitoring, and iteration based on client feedback
• Build and maintain reliable production systems with real-world impact
• Design solutions around client workflows and reusable platform patterns
• Exercise engineering leadership and sound technical judgment across delivery

We are hiring Software Engineers to help us build and own production AI platforms end to end. This is a permanent, full-time role based in London on a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office. The base salary is £140,000 to £150,000 plus bonus. We value engineers who ship production systems, understand client workflows, recognize reusable platform opportunities, and bring strong leadership and technical taste.
