This role is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring service delivery meets contractual standards and agreed specifications. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and supervising cleaning teams, conducting site inspections, monitoring performance, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Area Manager will liaise with clients to understand their requirements, manage contracts, support business planning for the region, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. The role also involves managing resources and budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, and providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.Qualifications
