Recruitment Coordinator

West End, London | £40,000–£45,000 + Benefits | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid Working | Four Days in the Office

We are partnering with a highly regarded global financial services firm to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to join its established Talent Acquisition team.

Supporting recruitment activity across EMEA and APAC, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, high-performing team where you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders across the business.

This is a varied position offering exposure to both experienced hire and early careers recruitment, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their Talent Acquisition career within an international organisation.

The Role

  • Coordinating interviews across multiple regions, stakeholders and time zones
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Supporting experienced hire and early careers recruitment across EMEA and APAC
  • Coordinating assessment centres, campus recruitment activities and recruitment events
  • Arranging candidate travel and interview logistics
  • Supporting offer management, onboarding and pre-employment screening
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records, reporting and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR colleagues and external suppliers
  • Supporting wider Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator or within an in-house recruitment or HR team
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling and recruitment administration within a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels and building strong working relationships
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
  • Previous experience within financial services, professional services or another corporate environment would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams
