£100,000-£120,000 + bonus + benefits, London

This independent project management consultancy work with some of the industry’s most high-profile real estate developer and investor clients and are currently instructed on several major projects in Central London.

Due to new projects coming on line, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager at Project Director level to act as day to day lead on commercial cut and carve / CAT A projects with values £50m-£200m

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years’ experience within a project management consultancy
• Proven track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contracts
• Experience across new build, cut & carve, or CAT A schemes
• Ideally chartered or working towards (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders confidently
