Senior Administrator urgently required to work with our client the Northern Ireland Fire and rescue service, this role will be based in Belfast. This is a full time temporary post for a minimum of 6 months. The hours of work will be between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £16.68 per hour. The successful candidate will start immediately.
The main duties will include • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Area Command • Drafting and typing letters • Maintain the upkeep on sickness, holiday records • Diary Management, preparing paperwork for meetings • Attend meeting and take minutes / notes • Monitoring incoming calls and mail • Handle confidential information
What We Need From You • Previous experience in a Senior Secretary role • Five GCSEs (grades A-C) • Minute / Note taking • Ability to prioritise tasks
