Senior Product Manager – Fin

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the AI Customer Agent platform.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify new opportunities and improve existing features.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Analyze product performance and iterate based on data and user behavior.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of customer experience and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience with product roadmapping and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
