Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the AI Customer Agent platform.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify new opportunities and improve existing features.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Analyze product performance and iterate based on data and user behavior.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI or SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and AI technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Experience with product roadmapping and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
