Job Description
In an era of unprecedented innovation, businesses need more than system maintenance- they need architects of the future. As a Technical Programme Manager, you will serve as a senior delivery leader responsible for the holistic success of strategic client accounts.
You will operate within our high-impact leadership model, partnering seamlessly with a Global Sales Lead/Client Partner and supported by Offshore Engineering Leaders. Your mission is to act as the primary face of delivery for C-suite executives, bridging the gap between high-level vision and flawless global execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle from initiation to implementation, aligning with the GlobalLogic Delivery Framework (GLDF) and client governance.
- Engage in the pre-sales cycle, shaping client proposals and defining commercially sound, technically viable Statements of Work (SOW).
- Maintain fluency in major technology shifts (Cloud, Data, AI) to act as a credible bridge between business goals and engineering teams.
- Take ultimate ownership of portfolio financial health, protecting and growing margins while maintaining high-quality delivery.
- Proactively manage engagement risks (technical debt, resource bottlenecks) and manage senior expectations via data-driven communication.
- Deep experience in Digital Engineering or IT Consulting, with a proven track record managing complex programmes with £5M+ annual revenue.
- Extensive experience leading multi-country, distributed teams of 100+ people.
- High-level fluency in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and the SDLC‑enough to interrogate architectural decisions without being the hands-on Tech Lead.
- Deep experience overseeing high-stakes digital transformations, vendor transitions, and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Mastery of Agile/SAFe methodologies combined with tight financial rigour and resource optimisation.
- A trusted advisor to the C-suite who can command the big picture while diving into execution details when required.
