We have worked closely with this team for many years, supporting recruitment at a variety of levels, and know first‑hand the quality of work, training and progression they offer. The role sits within a highly regarded pensions group advising employers, trustees and financial institutions on the full spectrum of occupational pension scheme matters. The team also supports multinational corporates on pensions issues arising in cross‑border transactions. Work includes general advisory support on DB and DC schemes, de‑risking and liability management exercises (including buy‑ins, buy‑outs and longevity swaps), scheme funding strategies such as bespoke funding structures and security arrangements, and pensions input on corporate and finance transactions, M&A, capital raisings and restructurings.
