They are looking for a strong Legal Counsel to support teams such as commercial and supply chain on all in-house legal matters.
Description
Legal Counsel will be responsible for:
- Drafting and preparing range of commercial agreements including NDAs, supply chain agreements, licensing and confidentiality agreements
- Working with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, procurement, commercial, finance
- Providing legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders and mitigating legal risk and ensuring compliance with internal governance framework and laws and regulations.
Profile
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with in-house experience
- Good academics and ideally experience within similar industry
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for commercial agreements
- Pragmatic, commercial, and strong communicator
Job Offer
Package includes:
- Salary DOE between £65,000 – £85,000
- Bonus up to 12%
