Our client is of the UK’s most renowned luxury fitness and wellbeing brands. Operating membership‑based luxury gyms alongside dedicated studio classes, the brand has grown from a single flagship site to another location and concept, with an international footprint and concept growing both in and outside of the UK. They are dedicated to providing an elite, high‑end fitness experience.

This role integrates maintaining and evolving a strong brand presence and localised marketing with a clear focus on driving sales growth, increasing studio class uptake, and boosting membership. We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized marketeer to elevate our brand experience and contribute directly to our continued success.

We are looking for a highly creative, commercial Head of Marketing with a strong background in and passion for fitness that is looking for their next challenge!

Key responsibilities of this fantastic marketing job include:

  • Campaigns & Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets to drive profitable growth across locations. Support and evolve the brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Content & Communications: Oversee copywriting and manage content creation alongside graphic designers. Write monthly newsletters and manage all email communications, website, and app content.
  • Agency Management: Maintain full ownership of relationships with external SEO, paid advertising, and social media agencies. Ensure digital assets are approved and delivered efficiently, manage digital media spend, and analyse/summarise monthly effectiveness reports.
  • Partnerships & Corporate Sales: Develop and maintain strategic brand partnerships from inception to execution. Cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers to drive corporate events and membership sales.
  • Influencer & PR Relations: Organise and manage influencer relationships and bookings, tracking performance metrics while overseeing broader press relations in collaboration with PR partners.

About you:

  • Experience: Proven track record in marketing management preferably within the fitness or luxury sectors.
  • Creativity and market awareness: you must be highly creative at heart and be adept in fitness industry trends and able to combine the two to create a unique brand proposition.
  • Communication: Exceptional copywriting, communication, and content management abilities.
  • Digital Expertise: Proficient in digital marketing, email platforms, and social media strategy, with the ability to analyse customer data to refine strategies and deliver insights.
