Job Search Place Limited is seeking a Head of Engineering, based in Reading or Amsterdam, to oversee a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for delivering grid-scale solar PV and battery storage projects. This role involves managing £100-150m in construction annually across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Belgium.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solar PV and battery systems design, team leadership, and a good understanding of HSEQ compliance. A degree in an engineering discipline is required, with Chartered Engineer status preferred.
