Salary: £60,000 – 60,000 per year
Requirements:
- We require at least 2 years of proven experience managing client-facing technical projects end-to-end.
- We require fluent French and English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- We require experience running workshops, stakeholder meetings, and delivery planning sessions.
- We require a strong understanding of modern AI concepts including RAG, multi-agent systems, and LLM workflows.
- We require the ability to translate business requirements into structured technical delivery plans.
- We require excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Desirable experience includes hands-on exposure to AI engineering concepts such as Python, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks.
- Desirable experience includes working with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI tooling.
- Desirable knowledge includes Claude, AI APIs, or agentic workflows.
- Desirable experience includes working within financial services, reporting, environmental, or regulatory environments.
- Desirable exposure includes AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Desirable experience includes Agile/Scrum delivery.
Responsibilities:
- We own client engagements end-to-end from discovery through to delivery.
- We act as the key point of contact throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.
- We run workshops, gather requirements, define milestones, and manage delivery.
- We work closely with clients and engineers to shape AI solutions that solve real business problems.
- We translate complex AI concepts into practical business solutions for stakeholders.
- We help deliver cutting-edge AI initiatives involving RAG, multi-agent systems, modern LLM frameworks, and production AI deployments.
- We influence technical direction and client strategy within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
