Senior Bid Manager – Logistics (Crick, England)
Location: Crick – Flexible Hybrid Working.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and review.
- Develop clear, compelling, customer‑focused proposals.
- Define and drive strong win themes.
- Manage and coach a small bid team.
- Lead bid reviews, workshops and governance processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and SMEs.
- Maintain bid content, templates and best practice.
- Drive continuous improvement across quality and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong experience managing complex bids and tenders.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Logistics, supply chain or 3PL experience preferred.
- APMP or similar methodology a plus.
- Experience with proposal automation tools.
- Adobe Creative Suite or similar skills a plus.
