We are seeking an experienced and multi‑talented Lead Environment Artist to conceive, create and lead the team in delivering innovative visuals for AAA titles.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in console development with at least two shipped titles and one as a Lead Artist.
• Effective visual and verbal communication skills, directing internal and external teams.
• Excellent resource management and judgement when assigning artists to projects.
• Professional liaison with clients.
• Self‑motivated team leader with strong attention to detail.
• Autonomous deadline and budget management.
• Experience managing art teams effectively.
• 2‑3 years experience developing and implementing solid art production pathways.
• Creative problem‑solving and risk assessment.
• Good understanding of cutting‑edge artistic techniques and tools.
