Responsibilities
- Administer external and internal examinations in line with Joint Council for Qualifications regulations.
- Plan and deliver public GCSEs, internal mock exams, and KS3 CAFs/GL assessments, ensuring accurate timing, invigilation and result submission.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day administration of examination paperwork and liaise with the Deputy Headteacher and Business Manager.
- Lead a team of invigilators, providing training, support and performance feedback.
- Maintain and update key school data systems, including Arbor (MIS), 4Matrix and Pupil Progress, to support accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with office staff to carry out general desk and support tasks as required.
Qualifications
- In‑depth proficiency with Microsoft Excel and meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience with Arbor (MIS) is advantageous; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, able to influence a range of stakeholders.
- Leadership ability, capable of motivating and managing a team under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Valid driving licence and full DBS, Bared List and reference checks as required.
