Salary: 13.85-15.50 per hour (Weekly PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working with a warm, welcoming, and well-established nursery in Stokenchurch that is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join their team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a room, creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Monitor children’s progress and support their learning and development.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Support and mentor other members of the team.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• A Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner (desirable but not essential).
• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive, and caring approach.
