Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (3+ PQE)
We’re working closely with a Top Tier Legal 500 law firm that is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing team in their South Devon office.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and is looking to join a supportive team where they can continue to develop their career.
The Role
You’ll manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate administration
- Tax and estate planning
- Court of Protection work
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in business development and help support the continued growth of the department.
Requirements
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with circa 3 PQE or equivalent experience in private client work.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong technical knowledge across private client matters
- Provides an excellent level of client care
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is confident managing their own caseload
- Is keen to build relationships with clients and professional contacts
STEP qualification or SFE membership would be an advantage but isn’t essential. Support is available for further qualifications.
In this role you will be joining a firm which offers an adult working environment and high level of flexibility where you will only be required to be in the office 3 days a week. They have a friendly team and a low staff turnover, making for an excellent culture.
