Senior Private Funds Managing Associate – London

Hydrogen UK Ltd is seeking a Managing Associate to join its Private Funds team in London. You will work closely with partners on complex private funds matters, advising clients across various sectors including private equity and real estate.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of PQE with a strong background in fund formation. This role requires excellent drafting and negotiation skills, as well as a commercial approach to client relationships.
