Role
As an Oxfam Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional retail standards and customer service in a large format store (approximately 15,000 sq. ft). You will support the Store and Duty Managers to drive growth and development in line with Oxfam’s values and strategy. You will work alongside volunteers and help maximise income generation while delivering a positive customer and donor experience.

- Experience working in a customer focused retail role.
- Experience supporting colleagues and working collaboratively.
- Ability to take direction with a focus on consistent delivery of standards and processes.
- Effective time management and prioritisation.
- Role model for own wellbeing.
This role includes weekend working (Saturday & Sunday) and one additional weekday. It is an open-ended role.
