Farm Operations Manager – Large-Scale Vegetable Farm

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Farm Manager to oversee the operations of a large-scale family-owned vegetable farm located in Gosberton. This hands-on role requires managing crop production, storage, and efficient resource management. We’re looking for a proactive individual who can lead teams effectively and ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in arable farming and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Additional qualifications such as PA, NRoSO, BASIS & FACTS would be advantageous.
