Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced Generative AI models and solutions.
• Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines for AI-driven features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in Generative AI and LLMs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Engineer in AI/ML.
• Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps.
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.
