Student Inclusion & Engagement Lead (Term-Time)

Lighthouse Learning Trust in Southampton is looking for a Student Engagement Officer to foster student voice and participation within the college. This part-time role is integral to creating an inclusive community where students feel valued and empowered to shape their own experiences.

The successful candidate will engage directly with learners through leadership opportunities and community projects, promoting wellbeing and emotional resilience while collaborating with college staff.
