Falls Rehab Instructor – Community Health (Band 4)

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for a full-time Technical Instructor for the Harrow Falls Service. The successful candidate will join a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitation and falls prevention interventions to adults in the community.
