As part of this journey, they are seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to shape and elevate their enterprise BI capability.

This is more than a traditional BI role, it’s an opportunity to architect the future of data within a growing and forward-thinking organisation.

  • Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high data integrity
  • Drive the adoption of self‑service analytics through intuitive tools, training, and documentation, with a strong focus on Tableau

  • Lead the transition toward automated insights and a robust “single source of truth” across the business

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience leading or architecting enterprise-scale BI platforms, with strong expertise in Tableau
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets across cloud and relational environments
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, governance, and BI architecture principles
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP and modern data ecosystems

Why Join

This is an opportunity to take on a strategic leadership position within a data‑driven organisation investing in its BI capabilities. You will play a key role in shaping how data is used across the business, working on modernization initiatives that include automation and AI‑driven insights, all within a collaborative and flexible working environment.

If you’re looking for a role where your expertise will influence direction, improve systems, and deliver real organisational value, we would like to hear from you.
