About the Role

Senior Project Manager – Office Fit‑Out, Refurbishment & Repositioning (London)

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of office fit‑out, refurbishment and repositioning projects from briefing through completion.
• Act as trusted adviser to clients, advising on project delivery, procurement, programme, risk and commercial considerations.
• Manage and coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams through design, tender, construction and handover stages.
• Build and develop strong client relationships, identify opportunities for repeat business and new instruction.
• Prepare fee proposals, support pitches and contribute to business development activities.
• Produce and present project, programme and financial reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members and help develop technical capability and future talent.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and success of the London Project Management team.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or an equivalent project management, construction or engineering qualification.
• Strong track record delivering office fit‑out, refurbishment or repositioning projects within the London market.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills, confident to influence and advise at all levels.
• Experience leading project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and genuine interest in developing client relationships and winning new business.
• Collaborative leadership style, passion for supporting and developing others.
