ABC Cargo & Courier is a growing logistics and delivery business based at Heathrow, London, providing reliable cargo and courier services across the UK.

The Role

We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead our logistics team and take ownership of service delivery, performance, and day-to-day operational efficiency at our Heathrow hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily logistics and courier operations
• Own service delivery, KPIs, and performance targets
• Manage, coach, and develop the operations team
• Optimise routing, scheduling, and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with UK transport and health & safety regulations
• Control operational costs and drive continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years’ logistics and operations management experience in the UK
• Proven people and performance leadership
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Right to work in the UK
