Interim Procurement Programme Manager

Location: East Midlands or London (Hybrid)

Day Rate: £300-400 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Duration: Initial 3 months

Client: Major Travel organisation

Interim Procurement Programme Manager to join a large, national organisation undergoing an exciting transformation.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine programme management, commercial insight, analytics and process improvement to drive procurement performance across a complex, multi-site business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Project Managing the procurement programme, tracking delivery, benefits and savings
  • Providing commercial analysis, spend insights and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making
  • Building dashboards, reports and performance metrics that drive business improvement
  • Creating engaging procurement communications and stakeholder reporting
  • Working closely with procurement, finance and operational teams to ensure consistent reporting and value delivery

Requirements

  • Experience in a procurement, commercial or supply chain environment
  • Strong programme or project management experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excel skills, with experience using reporting tools
  • The confidence to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Communication and presentation skills
