Salary: £28,192 – £30,879 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with construction employers across the region, supporting apprenticeship growth, work placements, and industry engagement opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with curriculum teams to ensure learners are matched with meaningful industry experiences and progression routes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in employer engagement, business development, apprenticeships or construction-related recruitment
• Strong understanding of the construction industry or FE/work-based learning sector
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Proactive, target‑driven approach
• Strong organisational and IT skills
