EMS Healthcare is seeking an IT Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across their IT environment in Macclesfield. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day IT operations such as incident resolution, Microsoft 365 administration, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities include providing 1st & 2nd line support, maintaining IT asset records, and improving technical documentation. Applicants should have previous experience in IT support and strong troubleshooting skills.
