Technical Business Analyst – Manufacturing – Surrey (Hybrid) – Up to £60,000
I’m currently working alongside a leading UK manufacturing and supply-chain organisation who are hiring for a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in modernising their systems. They are undergoing a major digital transformation, and this is an opportunity to join a company that is heavily investing in their digital platforms, automation and cloud-native solutions.
Working at the heart of a multi-site operation and partnering with stakeholders of all environments, you’ll analyse business processes, highlight improvement opportunities and translate technical needs into clear specifications.

Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive SQL proficiency.
- Good understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python and C++).
- Experience in systems thinking.
- Documentation tool experience (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart).
- Exposure to the software development life cycle.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling.
