AI/ML Engineer – Agentic Materials Discovery (RL)

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for an experienced Applied AI/ML Engineer to design and build intelligent agents to power its autonomous materials discovery engine. You will be instrumental in orchestrating complex scientific workflows and accelerating breakthroughs in materials science.

The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, experience with reinforcement learning, and a passion for tackling sustainability challenges. This role can be based in Cambridge, London, Amsterdam, or Berlin, with a hybrid work model.
