Requirements
- We require previous IT Service Management experience in a large and complex group structure.
- We require strong ITIL process experience, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- We require proven project and stakeholder management experience up to C level.
- We require proven vendor management experience and strong relationship management skills.
- Financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
- We require candidates to be UK based with the right to work in the UK.
- We require candidates to be willing to travel to London or Manchester one day a week and to other European offices when required.

We are partnering with a global financial services business to hire an experienced IT Service Manager for an 18-month contract inside IR35. This is a hybrid role with one day per week in either our London or Manchester office. The day rate is £450 to £500.
