SwiftCruit is looking for a Lead Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate our machine learning platform and Databricks infrastructure. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, expertise in AWS and Databricks, as well as strong leadership abilities. You’ll drive initiatives from planning through delivery and coach fellow engineers.
