Job Title: Leveraged Finance Associate – Elite City law firm
Salary: £170,000-£175,000
PQE Level: 4-5PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our client, an elite global City law firm, is looking to recruit a Leveraged Finance Associate to sit within their wider banking & finance department.
Clients include investment banks, corporate borrowers, private equity, private credit funds.
Responsibilities:
- You will advise on leveraged and acquisition financing, syndicated lending, refinancings, recapitalisations and will advise both sponsors and lenders.
Qualifications and Fit:
- Only candidates who are currently working for a ranked LevFin team will be considered.
- Suitable for someone ambitious looking to re-position for career progression.
