We’re working with a venture‑backed deep‑tech startup using machine learning to tackle complex, real‑world challenges in a critical global industry. As they scale, they’re looking for aFounding MLOps Engineerto build the infrastructure that takes cutting‑edge research into production.

This is a high‑impact role where you’ll work alongside world‑class ML researchers and software engineers to design and own the company’s ML platform from day one.

What you’ll be doing

• Building scalable ML training and inference pipelines
• Designing cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows
• Creating robust data pipelines and tooling for ML teams
• Improving reproducibility, model governance, and observability
• Shaping the long‑term architecture of the company’s ML platform

What you’ll need

• Strong Python engineering experience
• Commercial experience inMLOps, ML Platform Engineering, or Data Engineeringsupporting production ML systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• A track record of building scalable infrastructure and automation
• Someone who thrives in early‑stage environments with lots of ownership and autonomy

Nice to have

• Experience with geospatial data or scientific computing
• CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes or Terraform
• Model governance, monitoring, or ML lifecycle tooling
