Responsibilities: Here’s what your journey with us entails:
- Oversee daily operationsof the engineering department, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and train engineering staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Coordinate and allocate resourcessuch as manpower, materials, and equipment to maximise efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality control proceduresto ensure engineering outputs meet industry standards.
- Facilitate collaborationbetween engineering teams and other departments to align project objectives.
- Mentor junior engineersand technical staff, fostering professional growth.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologiesor engineering methods to improve operations.
- Lead investigations into technical failuresand devise corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate recordsof project progress and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulationsand company policies.
Safety and Company Policies:
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
