Position: Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000
Position Overview
- Producing 3D modelling drawings for projects with the use of Autodesk Inventor
- Ensuring design of production parts are in accordance with specifications
- Liaising with the manufacturing department and suppliers to ensure designs are understood and interpreted correctly
Position Requirements
- Proficient with 3D modelling software such as Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks
- Based in a commutable distance of Ripon, North Yorkshire
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ideally sheet metal fabrication
- Good communication skills
Position Remuneration
Permanent position.
Work hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00. Friday 08:00 – 16:00.
