Airport IT Product Support Engineer

Amadeus Hospitality is looking for a Product Support Engineer at Manchester Airport. The successful candidate will recover incidents and requests related to hardware and software systems.

The role involves responding to user requests, providing support for ERP systems, and diagnosing problems in the telecommunications networks. You will work 12-hour shifts, 4 on/4 off, covering all days of the year.
